The staff at Lakeshore Family Practice have been serving the citizens of Marshall County and surrounding areas for nearly 40 years, always with excellence and compassion. We are the longest existing practice in Guntersville. Lakeshore Family Practice offers several types of physicals, including: FAA physicals, DOT physicals, Sports physicals, and wellness exams. Our providers are Stephen Henderson, MD, and Nancy Seaman, CRNP. Dr. Henderson is Board Certified in Family Practice, Geriatric Medicine, and Sports Medicine.
